G2 Esports bids farewell to three-time Six Invitational champion Fabian “Fabian” Hällsten. Fabian initially joined G2 Esports during the organization’s entry into Rainbow Six Siege, achieving victories such as the Six Paris Major, PL Season 8 Finals, DreamHack Winter 2018, and Six Invitational 2019. After leaving in June 2020, Fabian returned as a coach in September 2022 and made history in February 2023 by becoming the first to win the Six Invitational both as a player and coach. However, recent performance includes a 5th – 8th place finish in the BLAST R6 Major Copenhagen and concluding with a low standing in the Gamers8 event in July.
